Question / Help Bad frames/Frame drops.

This is driving me insane. I bought the ryzen series because it's supposed to be the best processor to stream with. I barely pulling 60 fps with pubg with everything on the lowest setting except for anti-aliasing and view distance on ultra to help take load of cpu. Even with all low settings, I'm still barely keeping a constant 60fps while my friends have no problems with frames and he has an i5 6600k with AMD 480.
I've also uninstalled and reinstalled OBS
Here's my specs:

  • R7 1700x
  • Gtx 970 G1
  • corsair lpx 3000 ddr4
  • ASROCK ab350 (I updated to newest bios and it somewhat helped)
  • 96 up
  • 6 down
  • x264 fast preset
  • 960x540 30 fps downscale with lanczos 2300 Bitrate
Attached is my log

Edit:

Im a freaking dingo dong. RAM was running on single channel mode despite being on A2 B2 slots. Ram on B2 wasnt seated all the way. Reseated and now everything runs great and in dual channel. wowoowowow. Please learn from my idiotness. I've been stressing with shit performance since thanksgiving.

21:44:44.221: - source: 'CSGO' (game_capture)
21:44:44.221: - source: 'Display Capture' (monitor_capture)

21:44:44.221: - source: 'Rocketleague' (game_capture)
21:44:44.221: - source: 'Game Capture' (game_capture)
For starters, stop using multiple of those capture sources.
Use just one game_capture with auto detect and remove all the other game_capture and monitor_capture sources.

I'm not sure ho well PUBG will scale with CPU cores, but It's far from final and runs like crap on many systems, even without OBS, although the developers think it's almost e-sport ready xD
How is PUBG running without OBS open and how much GPU load is there, when playing PUBG?

Yeah, I already removed those and i still get bad frames/frame drops no matter what game.

I get ~80 frames with obs closed.
