I've had this issue for a long time and I stream with Nvenc and I have for a while now. But I have really bad frame latency while streaming. It's almost like I'm playing with V-sync and it really effects gameplay. After I'm done streaming and I finally play off stream I play amazingly well and don't know how to fix this issue. I just want my game to run smooth while streaming.
