Question / Help Bad fps when streaming/ flickering

This problem occurred when i added a second monitor to my setup. before that i had no problems and was even able to stream and record at the same time. but, since i added this monitor everything went to crap.

Switch this back to 60 and cap your FPS on PUBG and/or lower your video settings.
