Bad fps on stream but good on the gameplay

hello. I'm starting streaming now and i have a little problem while streaming. when i'm streaming, i have 200 fps on games (i have the framerate cap on 60fps) but on the stream the fps are bad and it's lagging.
i dont realy know why, I have a GTX 1660S and 100Mbps upload, i think that should be enough to stream

Post a logfile from a streaming session where the problem happened. There's a pinned topic at the top of the forum with instructions on how to do so. We can take a look and see what's happening on the back end. :)
