Bad Capture-Performance on Windows

Hello Forum,
since a few days I have enormous drops of the FPS in some games with OBS.
Here is an example with TrackMania (2020).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PO2KsqCHjvc
FPS counter top left = the FPS of the game, which are really visible
OBS Info bottom right = What OBS is recording

When I am in the main menu, everything is fine.
As soon as I go to a server, the FPS drop into basement.
The PC is not overloaded at all.
I also once installed the NDI tools to stream on another computer.
There the same problem is then seen.
Apparently something is wrong with the recording.
In TrackMania United Forever, for example, I don't have that problem. Everything works great there.
Is this possibly due to a windows update?
Have been able to recreate the problem with 27.1, 27.2 and 27.2.1.

- AMD Ryzen9 3900X
- 32GB RAM
- Radeon RX 5700XT
- Win 10 Pro

Logs of the recording added!

Drivers are Up2Date :)
BIOS/UEFI is not the trigger here, since it works for a few games.
But that is also up to date.

Apparently the problem is now solved.
There is now a new graphics card driver (22.3.1) and the game TrackMania (2020) has received a few updates.
Now it looks smooth again.
I wouldn't call it 100% perfect, because recording at about 70FPS in the game doesn't feel like 60FPS when recording, more like 40FPS.
But OBS doesn't show any problems, only the volume bar is displayed with what feels like 2FPS.

I would suggest it is a problem between Windows and the video card driver, since both have received updates.
