Question / Help Bad Audio Quality After Switch To Windows 10

Hey, I've streamed a fair amount before and never really had any issues but I seemed to have just started getting really bad audio after it has been sent through OBS. I've set all my audio to pass through Voicemeeter Banana and through to OBS using CABLE output and having that entering OBS as the only audio device (set to Auxilary audio device 1). When I record just using Voicemeeter, it comes out perfectly fine (https://clyp.it/mn3roqhu). I will post an identical sound file recorded using OBS (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMnqHgZWohY).

Also, if this is useful, heres my last log. https://obsproject.com/logs/A6LptrGpoU8UFEY3

Just to clarify, I have checked disabled all audio enhancements (as I have read on other threads that this is a common fix) and this issues affects the quality not only of the microphone, but also the game audio as well.

Edit: Here is the last stream I did and the audio is all garbled for further evidence (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/369615634?t=0h24m05s)

Check that in the properties of your audio devices in Control Panel > Sound that the properties of your inputs have not been changed to mono 8hz. A recent Windows update seems to have set this by mistake.

Just checked, all the sample rate and bit depths for my devices were all screwed up> I changed them all to the same thing and the problem has resolved. Thanks for the help :D
