background removal plugin not working in monetery

I recently downloaded the plugin and the screen either becomes back or green depending on the background colour chosen, also the camera picture is not seen , and any media mp4 file selected for background cannot be seen ,the audio is also muted. Kindly advise .

Guys, I have the same issue. Royshilkrot answered my question by saying I needed to install more than just the .so file. However, I am not a programmer and have no clue. He hasn't dropped by in a while, so I am hoping either he or someone who knows how to install it will get on this board and let us know. Good luck!

Same issue. Add camera, I can see myself. Add Background Removal filter and screen goes black. Everything is updated. This occurs on iMac camera and external camera. Permissions are granted in system preferences.I hope someone can come up with and answer it's getting frustrating. At a total loss as to what to do.
