Background Process

Hi,
I have been using OBS for quite a while, but a problem occurred a couple of months ago, and I couldn't find any solution. The problem is as described,
"after stopping my recording in OBS and closing it still shows in the task bar as background process."

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. If recording to MP4, record to MKV. You can remux it MP4 in File menu if necessary.
3. Your log contains no recording session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS as Admin.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording, close OBS and close the background process after a bit.
4) Open OBS as Admin, Select Help > Log Files > Upload Last Log File. Send that link here.
