Question / Help Background noise with noise gate

I've still got background noise in my recordings when I speak, after having put a noise gate in place. How could I go about getting rid of the general hum and possibly even keyboard and mouse sounds with the gate in place. Before I had the gate I just used Audacity's "Noise Reduction" feature using a clip of just the background noise, but with the gate in place, I no longer have a clip of just background noise that I could use. A noise gate does not reduce noise, it just mutes the mic when it it goes below a certain sound level.

There should some VST Plugins aviable for noise reduction but
Sometime its caused from cheaper audio devices or mircophone
