Backgound removal plugin does not show in filters

I have tried to install the background removal plugin several times....download and copy in the obs-studio folder worked well. However, the plugin does not show-up in the Audio/Video filters selection when I try to work with Video Capture Device. Is there something I missed / needs to be done to complete the installation?

I'm having the EXACT same issue! NEED HELP!! Can't seem to find a solution anywhere that is working....yet!
