avi to hsb missing

Hello - I am new to this but I am trying to hook up a VCR to my PC . I add video capture but the only devices showing are cameras. I do not have anything to connect my vcr. I've been reading all the other issues and answers. One person said try the 32bit version of OBS but I can't find that.
I've been trying to download drivers etc but still can not get it to work.

Did your video capture device come with software for recording from the device? If yes, try using that to make sure it is working properly. Check the Windows device manager to see if it shows up there. If it doesn't, get support from the device manufacturer. You need to get it working before you can use it in OBS.

Thank you - - it does not show up so I will work on getting that fixed!
