I have the Avermedia lgp 2 plus and the screen in OBS is just black, how do I fix this?

I just brought a avermedia webcam at costco. At first it was black on half the screen. Then Duh, I slide the lens protector slide back and removed the plastic sticky lens scratch protector and it now works fine.

I had some issues with AVerMedia Live Gamer 4K - GC573 PCIe card and it turned out to be caused by an old driver for the graphics card.
