Question / Help Avermedia LIve Gamer Portable problem

Hello, I need help. I am was search, but find nothing - How I can get 720p@60fps in OBS from this card? In OBS it is still 30fps and probably 1080p (Just can add Avermedia as video source, but can set nothing - like resolution or FPS). Stream engine do not work, I can change setting, but can´t push start. I do not want using recentral for streaming.

I have 64bit Windows and OBS
