Question / Help Avermedia Live Gamer HD Lite no ingame sound

Hello,

I've desperately trying to fix an issue that suddenly popped up around 2 weeks ago with the ingame sound. I used to select the Video Capture Device normally and also use the card to put out the audio directly to the stream.

First it suddenly was unsynced on OBS classic. If I put the audio on my desktop it did suddenly work though without any delay. As I would like to not have to use my desktop audio as a seperate source and broadcast the audio like that (especially with other desktop sounds, not only ingame audio) I got OBS Studio and there I have no ingame audio at all.

Here you can see OBS is recieving the audio from my capture card but it is simply not audible on my streams/recordings. Do you know what could be the issue?

Check the advanced audio properties and make sure the video capture device is enabled on the audio track used by the stream (enable all 6 if you're not sure which one)

They are all selected by default and the device is also enabled.

This is how the advanced properties look for me. I turned down the ingame sound a bit as it was very loud. Thanks for your input though!

Ok, looks like my issue resolved itself. How come? Well, as embarrasing as it is I simply had to reset my OBS. I did so because I wanted to post a log file and I didn't want to give you a massive log.

So for everyone facing issues maybe try to reset your software first! Unbelievable that I did not even try that out (as I installed OBS, put in all the settings and tried to make it work right away).
