Bug Report AVerMedia LGP Lite: Stuttering, choppy audio

Problem that I don't know how to fix: Audio when streaming with the LGP Lite is choppy and stuttering

Every piece of software involved: The lastest versions as of 1/13/2017 of OBS Studio x32 and x64, AVerMedia RECentral and Stream Engine specific to the LGP Lite product, and the latest LGP Lite firmware update

Every piece of hardware involved: Primary PC, Secondary PC, Logitech G430 headphones with USB soundcard, 3.5mm male-male cable, AVerMedia LGP Lite

What I do: For audio; I have a USB soundcard (Logitech G430 headphones) and I have a male-male 3.5mm cable about 2 feet long, starting from the USB soundcard headphone output and ending in the LGP Lite audio-IN. Then, I have the 3.5mm jack from my Logitech G430 headset plugged into the LGP Lite audio-OUT. For video; I have a high speed HDMI cable starting from my primary PC's GPU HDMI output, and ending in the the LGP Lite's HDMI-IN. For RECentral; I have all settings chosen as necessary. I've tried running OBS with RECentral open and with it closed. For Stream Engine; I have all settings chosen as necessary. I've tried running OBS with Stream Engine open and with it closed. For OBS; I've taken everything I know from common sense and 5 different OBS Studio setup tutorials from YouTube (just to compare different methods). I've tried running every piece of software in every different order as possible, matching every setting possible, and even expiremented with the Line-IN port on my secondary PC that I use for streaming, incorporating a second male-male 3.5mm cable, a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 pre-amp, removing the involvement of the USB soundcard and only using the headphone output on the front of my primary PC, using the virtual mixer Voicemeeter Banana to try to use both the USB soundcard for my headset and the primary PC headphone output for the LGP Lite's audio source via 3.5mm male-male cable, and every combination of the aforementioned and probably a couple more things I forgot I've tried.

If you check the log files, you'll see that I tried streaming with CoreAudio AAC encoder enabled and disabled, I think the only thing that is consistently flawed with how I've tried to stream the past 10 or so times was that I have the OBS base resolution set to 1920x1080 to be downscaled to 1280x720 when my capture card is already recording at 1280x720 but that shouldn't affect the audio.
Log files actually aren't uploading with this post so I'll try to include atleast the latest one in a followup post

I've read multiple different threads from multiple different forums and none have solved my problem, and the best advice I got from AVerMedia was to reinstall all applications which I've done multiple times, and restarted my PCs accordingly

Please help me fix the problem of audio skipping/chopping because I have no idea of what to do

Hello,

I had the same problem like you guys about the choppy audio and I have found a work around for this problem.
I will try and explain the best I can on what I did.

I used an Aux chord and plugged one side to the audio out on the capture card and the other end I plugged in to a mic jack in my laptop.
then I added that mic as an audio input capture in OBS.

Pretty much the theory behind this that audio out from Avermedia will get recorded by the mic jack and you set that as a sound source in OBS.

I hope you guys get it? if you have questions either tweet me @andiseeo or ask here.
