Question / Help Avermedia LGP Lite Problems

Hello all,

I have just purchased a LGP Lite but am having a number of problems with getting it to work in OBS. I know there are other threads documenting the same issues but some are now quite old or don't fully work in my situation. Any help would be much appreciated!

1. The stream engine does not display in the list of video capture devices in OBS Studio (tried 64 and 32 bit). However it does show up in OBS Classic which I downloaded to test. Some previous suggestions have been to close Chrome & Skype, I have none of these. Others have suggested that it is a problem with OBSs priorities, the stream PC (or laptop) has an Intel Realsense webcam, could this be an issue.

2. The audio input lags/skips in an OBS recording/stream when using C835 Capture. If it where not for this I would not be overly bothered about the stream engine not working. For clarification a RECentral recording does not have any audio issues.

3. Not really an OBS related issue but can I use an HDMI splitter to send HDMI to the cap card and avoid using the through output?

I've attatched a logfile from a run of OBS using the C835 Capture but can run any tests you suggest.
Would really like to sort this out and it's becoming a tad frustrating.

Stream Engine is the solution to the audio issues. It won't show up in 64-bit OBS, it is 32-bit only. If you're sure you've run 32-bit OBS Studio and that other devices aren't using the LGP/Stream Engine when you try to use it in Studio, reinstall its drivers and the Stream Engine software.

Great thanks, working now. Problem was I still had the LGP capture running when I wanted tried to add the Stream Engine.
