Hello. I am from Russia and use google translator.
I have a problem with freezing the picture from the console during the stream, the sound may work or it may not work, the stream works, the webcam works.
I use OBS 24.0.3 (64-bit) and Win10 and Restream.io. After freezing, the video signal from the console cannot be returned by restarting OBS, I get a black screen and sound from the console (in RECentral 4, too). The video signal cannot be returned even with a restart of the computer, only a complete shutdown and turning on of the computer returns the video signal.
The first freezing occurred on July 15, 2019, in OBS 23.2.1.
Here is the link to the stream with timing; there is no webcam there yet.

Here is the last freeze at the moment, there is a webcam.

Freezing does not have clear timing. This can happen after 5 minutes or 9 hours. They may be on the stream, but may not be. It is impossible to calculate this.
Then a new version of OBS 24.0.3 came out and freezing stopped. I was delighted and thought that the reason was in OBS. But from the night of August 11, they appeared again. And the farther, the more often they began to appear and the time of their appearance began to decrease, first after hours, then minutes.
I do not know whether this is a coincidence or not, but just on August 12, the Win10 1909 update was released.
