I use the live Gamer HD internal cap card which has it's own encoder... OBS MP lets me choose this as the encoder, but it doesn't stream to twitch using that setting, when I click start streaming, it starts, but no data goes to the servers... its just stuck at 0kpbs... is this feature only able to be used for local recordings?

Please post a log.

Also keep in mind that you can't capture with the Live Gamer HD and use the built in encoder at the same time.

I should put log file in the first place yep :)
Here it is
I just have 1 scene with a game capture, the avermedia isn't declare anywhere else in a capture device mode.

I think the problem is here:

01:24:02.695: Error encoding with encoder 'streaming_h264'
01:24:02.695: Called profile end with mismatching name: start("do_encode"[00007FF90EA2FCF0]) <-> end("receive_video"[00007FF90EA2FD00])

when the encoder AverMedia H. 264 (c985) , the video is not stored on the local disk, so when you stream on YouTube broadcast does not start

Storage of the video locally isn't relevant to a stream starting.
you didn't understand me, the chosen encoder AverMedia H. 264 in the settings and when you click an entry to a local drive, video is not recorded in the folder specified in the settings
