I just bought an Avermedia LGX2 but it doesn't work. The led remain always red and RECentral say "no device found". In device manager I got a code 10 error. I tried all my PC's usb ports but doesn't work. My mother board is a MSI B450M PRO VDH MAX with a Ryzen 5 3600. I tried out for 2 days but nothing worked. I tried with a Matebook D15, doesn't work either. It is really annoying. What can I do? Sorry for my bad english
