I've searched everywhere and Avermedia's so called customer service is a nightmare so I've come on here for someone to help me. I'm using OBS STUDIO with an Avermedia Live Gamer Portable 2 Plus. I connected the device to the TV and sent the HDMI out into the HDMI in for the device as well. I'm also using a laptop. But I'm getting no signal at all. I've tried basically everything people have been saying but with no one having a problem with this capture card at all it makes me furious that no one has found a solution to my problem. THIS IS URGENT. If anyone can help me find a fix quickly and cleanly, that would be super appreciated. I have not started recording so I don't have a log. Thanks.
