i try to use Avermedia Gamer HD capture to stream on twitch but i see only black screen on my stream

That's just the encoder, you need to add it as a video capture device source.

And more specifically, you can't use the AVerMedia encoder at the same time that you're capturing with it, so make sure you're not using the AVerMedia encoder.
