Question / Help Avermedia encoder support

Hi I have a Avermedia HD gamer lite capture card and found in the options in OBS studio that i can use the card encoder. The problem is when i start streaming to twitch (start streaming tab) indicates that it is but the K/b`s at bottom right is zero and theres no video being transmitted to twitch. Any suggestions ?

Kindly be noted OBS can only use Live Gamer HD as a video source but not as a hardware encoder.

Not to revive an old topic...I got my old c985 to work in windows 10 with OBS Studio and streamed @ 6000kbps, and the quality is comparable to my streaming PC x264 on fast, i7-4790k. I'm not sure if I can use it as a capture device with the encoder and stream (going to try this), however it's capped at 720/60. At some point this started working great, I had tried back in 2016 and the results were not that great unless strictly recording.
