Question / Help Avermedia C985 encode stream crash

Hi,

I selected "AVerMedia C985" in Settings> Output> Encoder but when I want to start the stream I have the following error:



And my crash file :

Code: 
Out of memory while trying to allocate 1412574736 bytes

I have W10 and start OBS MP in Admin mode.

Please anyone any idea ?

I have the same issue, but I can give you the checklist I went through to fix it once for myself:
  • Make sure The capturecard is not used as a source IN ANY OF YOUR SCENES
  • Make sure your output is 720p (Ive only gotten mine to work with 720p 30FPS
  • Make sure RecCentral is not running.
  • Make sure you're running the latest drivers available from Avermedia
