The following is my feature suggestion: a system-level automatic updater for OBS Studio.
I work in IT, and I am glad that OBS Studio requires admin privileges to install. However, after it is installed, we have explicitly given the user permission to have and use the software. By extension, we are okay with any updates to the program.
We'd like for the updates to be automatic and run as a service account built into Windows.
For reference, the Omaha updater -- which is used by Google Chrome -- is a very mature and open-source updater that could be used:
