Question / Help Autotune/Echo

So im a noob to the youtube game and just recorded a video and im getting alot of echo from my mic and desktop
how can i fix

Do you hear yourself? I mean, do you have configured your mic "hear this device" in Windows? If so, uncheck it.

02:30:45.084: Output 'adv_ffmpeg_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 233 (24.2%)

Reduce to 30 fps or even 25 fps. Low PC specs.

I dont have it to hear this device and i have fps set to 20
and i still sound the same what should i do?
