Automatic stop/start streaming

Hi,

is there a way to set in OBS specific period of time after which it automatically restarts streaming? I mean stop/start streaming.
There is a limit, that it after 48h twitch automaticaly disconnects connection, and i am trying to find a way how to workaround that.

Maybe there is existing lua script? - i wasnt able to find it

Or simple .bat which can be included in windows scheduler, with command for start/stop streaming would be nice.
