automatic start/end time of streaming

Hi, i'm Carlo from Italy,
I would like (with the computer on) to automatically establish a daily start and end time for transmissions.
For example:
Start 18.00 End 23.00 it's possible?

Another question: with a VLC playlist, if each video is not the same size it is displayed badly on output.
For example of 3 videos:
the first: 1920x1080
the second: 1920x888
the third: 1280x780
how can I do so that at the souce they are all the same size (1920x1080) ?

Hi Lawrence, thanks for your ansewer,

I thought that not being a feature present in ODB, I could include it among the ideas to be developed, regardless of the operating system used.

About Plugin Advenced Scene, if it can start the stream at a set time and end it at another time that's fine for me. I'll try
