Auto-translate Closed Caption

Hi everyone, good day!

I just would like to know if there is a plug-in or tool available out there that auto-translate live closed captions from one language to another?

We have an upcoming event in the church and the speaker will be speaking in English. I would like to know if we have something that can translate English CC to our local language which is Filipino in real-time.

After I did some researching I found 2 ways and would like to share these:

1) MS Powerpoint has this built in function

2) I found this site that allows multi-language translation
