Hi there!
It would be awesome to have an auto-sync feature in OBS. I am currently using OBS to sync multiple RTMP streams from different cameras and I've seen this feature in a different software where you press a button, clap (to create an audio spike) and then all RTMP-streams are synched on this signal. It would be great if it could sync up the computer's audio, too, by generating the synching signal and playing it over speakers.
