I use OBS to live stream my DJ mixes using CDJs and mixer.
I've seen people do this and also have the currently playing track displayed on the stream. Some with fancy images and cover art.

How can I get my tracks I'm mixing to display live and automatically change each time a track changes?

Look in the resources forum for scripts and plugins that do this. It is not a part of the OBS application proper.

However, be warned that most are not MacOS compatible.
