Question / Help Auto pause during computer sleep?

I'm sure I'm not the only one who forgets to manually stop recording and ends up with massive video clips containing hours of black.

Any suggestions to make OBS auto pause or stop?

I figured the computer going to sleep would be a good trigger, but apparently somehow OBS records during sleep.
