OBS Auto-Mute to X-Air 18 - Add unmute string to scene names

Python script for OBS to issue mute/unmute commands to an X-Air 18 when a scene is selected

Once installed, simply add the comma separated channels inside [ ] to the scene name for example: My New Scene [1,3,5,15]
and when that scene is selected OBS will unmute channels 1, 3, 5 and 15, and mute the rest.
