Auto exposure off = Too dark (Luna 3)

Hi! I have a Luna 3 and use OBS for content during Zoom calls. The light fluctuates quite a lot with Auto Exposure on (In the webcam properties -> Camera control.) but when it's off it is super dark even at max. The value doesn't go over -1 and it can't reach the brightness of when auto exposure is on.

I have a NVIDIA RTX 3060 card


Any way to get around this?
