auto-configuration wizard not enabled

I've set up OBS, but i got a new microphone and want to start doing recording, rather than streaming to Zoom, so I wanted to rerun the autoconfiguration wizard, but it is not enabled. How do I run the wizard again?

shoot...never mind...i was playing around and hit the 'record' button by accident, so all of my settings were locked. when I stopped recording, they all came back.
