Question / Help Auto change links for "Browser"

Is there any way to make this change links every 10 minutes to a new link that's saved in a file? I've tried making a local file, having the url posted in there, and I was simply going to run a bot to change the url in the text document every 10 minutes however I cannot seem to get that working :( Am I doing something wrong? Or is there just no way to get it to auto change every x amount of minutes. I've seen other channels do it, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it myself.

Depends on what the end goal is. Unfortunately, OBS doesn't do something like this natively - you'd need a "parent page" that either renders or redirects between pages. Are these URLs owned by you, or by a third party (like an overlay service)?

I was going to have something developed that took those who posted on my youtube live channel, and Mixer channel, and every 10 minutes it would select one of their urls and display it on the screen. So the URL's will be via Youtube live, or Mixer. So, how would I go about doing that through discord. At least with the urls being displayed on the page. If it was something as easy as editing the text document every 10 minutes that'd be super simple, but since OBS doesn't do that, I'm not sure what you mean by a parent page.
