Authentication failed to load channel infomation.

OBS gets stuck on loading channel information and says failed to authenticate every time i try to connect twitch. This issue only started this week. I had recently installed a Home Assistant to my network with adguard but i uninstalled adguard as i feel this was causing some issues. Once I started getting this authentication error I disconnected my twitch account from OBS, then tried to reconnect it every time I get this same error. googling this issue online is difficult as nothing is clear. it's driving me mad. I can stream with a stream key but I cant get the closed captions addon to work and I think it needsOBS connected to twitch.

I really like OBS but this issue is really pushing me back towards streamlabs. some one help me.

I've already reinstalled OBS, checked windows firewall. and tried network settings in OBS advanced settings,

OK I've solved the issue myself, it was either one of two things, and I just want to state it here incase anyone else has a similar issue after installing home assistant.

I think it was a app on home assistant called RPC Shutdown causing issues with OBS connecting.
it was either that, or me deleting OBS connection from Twitch and then waiting a few minutes before re adding it. But i'm fairly certain it was RPC shutdown. so watch out home assistant users.

how did you locate this rpc shutdown app? trying to see if this is my issue bc i'm at a loss at this point. thanks for your help!
