Hello, i have problem whenever i open OBS Recorder i get lower audio voice of other software programs on my pc

For Example i have teamspeak3 opened, and when i open OBS the teamspeak voices when someone talks to me, his voice is so far, i can't even hear him, but when i close OBS, i hear him well....Anyone can fix this problem please?!

Right Click your Speaker icon in the bottom right of your taskbar. Go to Playback Devices. Go to the Communications Tab and set it to Do Nothing. Then, restart OBS. ;-)
