Audio works but no video

After installing OBS Studio to record some Microsoft Teams meetings, only audio of each meeting works. Instead of video I see an blank white screen for youtube or an initial meeting screen image for a Teams meeting. It's the same when I run OBS Studio as myself or administrator. Uninstalling and reinstalling OBS Studio didn't help.

The log from at attempt to record part of a youtube video in a firefox window is here: https://obsproject.com/logs/8rlNeaLz5A9lnXQu

What should I try next?

I was able to fix this. At first I didn't think this was the 'black screen issue' as the recordings sometimes included a white screen or an image from the start of the video. Changing a few settings on the Dell laptop fixed things.

First, by searching for 'graphics settings' I could see this laptop has two Intel UHD Graphics 620 GPUs. It was previously set to 'High performance' and I changed it to 'Power saving'.

Next, I right-clicked on the desktop and clicked on 'Intel Graphics Settings', clicked on 'Browse' to find the obs64.exe executable file and selected it. Other settings were left as shown and after that recordings worked as expected. Hopefully this helps someone out to get OBS Studio working on their work laptop.
