Question / Help Audio/Visuals not Lining Up

Hello!
I play Star Wars the Old Republic and try to record it. I take note of the problem for certain by watching the cutscene which has subtitles and the audio is far behind the video. It is hard for me to tell if it is just during the cutscene or outside of it too. Regardless, I really need to fix this, but I am not very technologically savvy. I currently use a series of Window Captures including the Window Capture of SWTOR which I have in 1280x720p in Windowed Fullscreen. I have some other windows open, but they are unchecked when recording, such as Spotify and Google Chrome. I use a headset, which sound comes through perfectly in sync with the words and video. I also record my voice which I believe is also coming through fine. I do not know whether I should instead be using a game capture to get the game, and if that would improve/fit it I am all for it! Here is a video I made, that seems to have the problem! Thanks! Also, is there a way for me to increase game recording sound without it blaring through my headset? I apologize if these are novice questions, I have just not been able to figure it out.

This is where my channel is: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5OZ7ewDVTcVIXl56GUgjTA

I am on my Macbook right now watching with everything cranked up, and I can barely hear anything. Might be something else that I am messing up.

Your CPU cannot handle encoding at veryfast preset. Move to superfast.
But maybe better going down to 1066x600p or even 540p

Maybe this fix it.

you are using OBS 32 bits.
Copy shortcut, edit it and hook it to OBS 64 bits.
This will give OBS better performance.

Thank you so much! Besides the 32bit, it is my CPU which will never enable me to stream reliably at 720 let alone 1280 or beyond. Not to be a bother, but do you know what CPU would be an upgrade to allow me to do that?

And sorry, about the audio issues, the total buffering can be decreased just by changing the Razer Kraken settings you linked, or is that just for voice.

A real quad core processor will be an improvement (physical cores)

Found this

Sorry, I recently edited the first question instead of asking another, but with the problems with audio you quoted and the lag, is it me speaking thats lagging, the game audio, or both? And about the cpu, it says there that "you" would have to replace the motherboard, but I read that the motherboard I have is good. So, why would I have to replace it?

Hey, sorry to post this reply so late, but when you posted the audio issues above, were you saying that link below will fix the audio lag, or doing the cpu speed to superfast and removing the custom setting scene cut will fix it. Or were you saying that the link would fix the blaring in my ears? Thanks, and apologies for how late it is since last reply.

CPU Upgrade: at least one with 4 Physical CPU cores
Yours:
14:27:07.512: Physical Cores: 2, Logical Cores: 4

Custom setting: scenecut=0 ---- remove it.
Veryfast preset gives lag.........try superfast
But, with your CPu, you should have to downscale to 540p or 480p.

Razer Kraken: I thought that post can help you.

Oh okay, so I change the preset, remove the scene cut option, and downscale, the audio lag will probably go away entirely.

The Razer Kraken link is not going to effect that, it is just to help?

Thanks!
