Question / Help Audio & video won't stay in sync - varies in and out throughout the video

So, I've been having this problem on and off ever since I started using OBS in the first place. Some videos, randomly, the video will stay completely sync'd with the audio the whole time. But most of the time it comes in and out of sync as the video goes on. And it's not just like 5 seconds ahead or behind of the video, it will be out of sync, then all of a sudden comes back in sync when the video stutters, then gets back out of sync.

You're on an ancient version of obs.

same problem here.
I've tried cutting the data rate to 720 @ 1000mbps
I think it is the network does not pass data evenly.
is the recording local or from remote site?

And I double checked in OBS, my version is the most current 16.2

Also may help to note, I am running audio into Logic Pro, and routed from there into OBS via iShowAudioCapture (a la Soundflower or Audio Hijack).

0.16.2 is NOT the most current version.
19.0.3 is.
