I've looked through all of the settings and I haven't found anything that would solve this problem, so it may not be added yet, or I might just be terrible at finding it.
I usually go with the latter, but here goes.
In the previous release of OBS, there was an option to go into specific audio and video sources and add a delay, so that when you used your Elgato, or similar capture card, you could match the delay of the capture card with the microphone audio and the webcam video, making it seem like it all just flowed together naturally.
I don't know how to make that happen with Multiplatform, has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did you solve it?
