Audio/Video Sync problems

I'm having trouble not only with streaming video / audio sync, but also recording. I've tried the "sync offset" and never got it on point.

Could it be my computer?.

I started having a similar issue. But only after I open Multiview. Whenever I do anything in Windows Explorer or take a screenshot in OBS, VLC media player, my media source, starts lagging and the stream is affected too.

Also, this started happening right after I reset my Windows 10 OS.

I used to have the similar issues with video/audio out of sync some time ago, and tried different solutions. But the only one that helped is reinstalling my audio output driver on Windows - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...d-driver/e95658f8-f3e5-4968-80b3-1dd621af0128

I was able to figure out the problem, for me at least. I determined that the issue was with my computers built-in Realtek Audio Driver.

So when I used a different output driver, there's no lag. Also, I've been told by various people the issues they've had with Realtek.
