I've been using OBS Studio for several weeks and had a lot of issues. I set things up based on Imcotty's settings on youtube but still have been struggling...Some videos are in sync with audio and video, some start out off and laggy but then sync up, and finally some are just dumpster fires and never sync up.
We are using the OBS studio software for a sports talk show and ideally we would like to run:
MacBook Pro 4gb ram 130gb hdd +/-
3 webcams
2 mics running thru USB pre-amp
1 Skype window cast split screen with one of the above webcams
Spotify for music transitions
Occasionally recording to an external hard drive instead of local to see if that would help but I can't say it has or hasn't. We haven't really even considered streaming until we figure this out first.
Am I running too much at once? Do I need to change settings? Thanks!
