Question / Help Audio/Video Sync Issues

I use OBS for Facebook Live, and I stream conversations like a talk show. I use window capture to bring other people on camera, and I have figured out how to grab the audio (using sound flower and apple midi settings) and make that all work.

The issue is, my audio and video are synced, theirs are not. So the audio is conversational and clean but I dont know how to delay EVERYTHING but their video, so as to unite their voice with their video.

Is this even doable?

I'm sorry for semi-hijacking your thread - can you tell me how you got YOUR audio and video to sync properly??? I can't even accomplish that. :-(
