Bug Report Audio/Video Sync is Off in the latest release

Here's a link to a live stream I just ran with OBS. One was a video capture from my webcam (I'm on the right) and my co-host is coming in from a Google Hangout window (on the left). As you can see, my video/audio is synced up, but for the guy on the google hangout window, there is a significant delay. This wasn't an issue before Catalina and I know you guys had to rebuild, but this is an issue for me now. I don't know if this an OBS thing or if I have a setting wrong, but I'd love to know if it's only me or if others are experiencing this same issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRqCDo963YU&t=2s
