Audio Video sync doesn't match and never changes

Since last week (Windows update and OBS update) , audio and video are out of sync. Have performed all the troubleshooting procedures. Increasing the ms rate in Advance Audio Properties doesn't reduce the time lapse between audio hand slap and video hand slap Need suggestions before Sunday church services. patrick.

Follow-up. This morning setup two other laptops with the same results. Audio and video sound and look OK, but cannot get the two to sync. Live streaming church services tomorrow will be with audio an video not synced. patrick

I cringe when I see a Windows (or Allen Heath audio board) update on deck. I have Windows update set to “manual”, so I can chose when to try it. If there isn’t time to sort out problems I roll back the update.
