Hey all. Long time reader, first time poster.
So yesterday while I was streaming I realised my audio was skipping quite a bit, and my video was really jumpy. So I did another test recording today and the same things happened:

A few things to note:
This only happens with my Elgato HD. Recording PC games is fine
This doesn't happen on my Elgato software
It only started happening yesterday, and I've had the same settings for ages, so I don't think it's my CPU or anything that's causing it.

The only settings I've changed are the bitrate and the audio sample rate because I thought that's what was causing it. No luck.
