I've run into an issue that is really vexing me. Occasionally, I'll start up a stream and the audio offset will be all wrong (why it randomly changes is not known). I change it incrementally to were it seems it should be, but it's always off. Restarting OBS, rebooting the computer, etc. have no effect. For instance, today, I would set the capture card audio to be 713ms delayed and it would be behind the video, but if I set it to be 712ms it would be ahead of the video. I'm not talked about it being a half a ms ahead or behind either. It was swinging from 100-200ms either way. Is it possible some other setting or hardware is adding/removing delay which is making it impossible to line up the voices with the video?
