Audio Transition btw Scene - how to delay audio from Scene to scene

Before I start my long question I am just going to list the equipment that I am currently using and what I tried to execute.

I am using Blackmagic Atem Mini Extreme as a base for stream control. I am also using Elgato Stream Deck as a function board. I am using OBS, as a platform to stream. OBS transition connection script as a add-on.

What I am trying to execute with my stream for YouTube is that I plan on doing multiple transitions between scenes; for instance, Scene A (opening video) transitions to Scene B (Main live stream) and from Scene B to Scene C (Ad) and back to Scene B (Main live Stream) once Advertisement finish playing!

In between the transitions, there are two separate media sources (videos); stinger transition A (12 seconds video) for the opening and stinger transition B for the Advertisement (2 Seconds).

My question comes in 2 parts. First, why does OBS studio only transition Scene A (video) to Scene B (video) with Stinger A(video feed) as normal but instantly plays the audio of Scene B from the scene between transitions rather than let Audio from Scene B fades in once the Stinger A finishes playing its part?
The second question is that I have somewhat found a backdoor to this issue where I manually set up a delay (pause) in my stream deck multi-function. However, this Delay is only set up for Stinger A's transition time (12seconds) so it will have the problem where if I want to transition from Scene B to Scene C (2sec stinger) I will have an 8-second pause. The only way that I am capable to fix this issue is to set up multiple key bindings for different stinger times (for stream deck) but this is no sense because that means if I have to set up the same amount of Advertisement that I plan to play.

Does anyone have any solution to this audio delay problem from OBS? has a better way to use stream deck or anything else to fix this transition audio problem.
