Audio Tracks Bound To Specific Windows

So I've been looking around about how to set up my stream so that OBS can capture Spotify, my game, Discord and my voice at different levels.

The games I play usually need focus so I can't have music blasting through my ears and it would be cool to be able to set a channel up specifically for Spotify so that if the music is too low on the stream, I can turn in up in OBS rather than on my own PC's mixer. And if my friends in Discord are too loud for viewers, I could turn them down in OBS rather than having to turn them down in my desktop audio so that I can't hear them well.

Is this even possible?

Unfortunately with the way that Windows handles audio right now, it is not possible. Windows only makes it possible to capture audio devices, not individual programs. So it can capture the speakers that the program is outputting to, but not the program's audio feed itself.
